Application Instruction and Process

A. On-line registration

Visit the HPCVC website and complete the on-line registration.

B. Application submit

· Fill in each section of the on-line application form.

· Make sure that the information you provided in the application form is correct, and then click the button of “submit the application” to complete the on-line application.

C. Application acceptance

If the application is accepted by HPCVC, the applicant will receive a Notice of Acceptance through email within 5 working days from the date of the on-line submit of the application.

D. Documents submit

Once received the Notice of Acceptance, the applicant should send all the required documents (indicated in article 4 of the Measures) to HPCVC.

E. Verification completion

Usually the verification procedure could be completed within 20 working days from the date of receiving all the required documents.
